Aqua's mezzanine level bar hits all the right notes if looking for a drink (and maybe a bit) with a big sense of occasion. Hong Kong's iconic skyline and city views across Kowloon are spread about before you and can't help but add to the expereince. The voluminous restaurant on the floor beneath size helps stoke the atmosphere for tip-top cocktails and top tipples, from whisky to wine. A fail-safe if entertaining outsiders.
