One of the star attractions of North Point ever since it was spotted by Mr Michelin at the end of the noughties, not least for some of the finest dim sum in the neighbourhood. Sticky-sweet braised pork or courgette and prawn dumplings show a deft hand with the classics. Unsurprisingly it’s on most lists, and justifiably so, with food this good and prices this low. Colourful, frenetic, sometimes chaotic, it’s a pastiche of what makes Hong Kong great. Weekend queues are an inevitable part of the experience.
