China Tang first opened in London in 2007 at the Dorchester Hotel, and since it expanded to The Landmark Atrium in Central in December 2013, the fine dining establishment has become the place for celebrities, socialites, executives and gourmets who expect quality dishes and service. In June 2016, China Tang crosses over to Kowloon to establish itself one of the city’s busiest shopping malls, Harbour City, offering refined Chinese cuisine in an elegant setting with harbour views.
Also conceived and designed by Sir David Tang, China Tang Harbour City transports diners to a sophisticated Chinese dining atmosphere to the turn of the century. At the entrance is an elegant bar and lounge area complete with couches covered in Chinoiserie-style embroidered fabric, while stained glass evoke images of a romanticized China. The theme is further extended into the dining area with plush carpets and bright orange chairs, where the panoramic view looks out onto Victoria Harbour.
