Sometimes it's the simple pleasures in life that give the most joy, and here at the Sheraton's Oyster & Wine Bar, what could be more joyful than a plate of jet fresh oysters and a glass of chilled white wine? Add in the glittering views of Victoria Harbour and the star-spangled, head-turning setting, and the world, at least momentarily, does seem a better place. The custom designed oyster bar certainly adds to the experience, as too the energy of the oyster-shuckers.
There's also gustatory familiarity in dishes such as lobster bisque, duck breast with seared foie gras, retro seafood cocktail, plus sushi, sashimi and various grilled meats.
