Take your tastebuds on a journey of discovery at this Repulse Bay Hotel favourite that is particularly popular with Hong Kong expats at the weekend. Sit out of choice on the terrrace – the ocean views are wonderful – and kick back with a cocktail, or escape the frenetic sites and sounds of the city in the main dining room decked out in teak, bamboo and rattan.
The menu is packed with Malaysian, Singaporean and Indo including slow braised Iberico pork belly cooked Balinese style in lemongrass and coconut broth, or the pad gra prow which is wok-seared minced wagyu beef with Thai basil and a fried egg. Starter highlights include Korean seafood with noodles and crispy salad and five spices duck confit salad.
Set menus make things easy with a choice of three appetisers and three mains and there's plenty of healthy vegan choice too.
