Hong Kong's very first fine buffet concept, The Verandah now offers an expanded offering in attractive new surrounds. The 1933 original would be unrecogniseable today, but the same fastidious desire to offer variety, quality and a wealth of culinary styles remain intact. Breakfast and afternoon teas are particular favourites as both experiences are immaculately polished in their execution. Service is both smooth and discreet.
