Age old Hong Kong staple, Ye Shanghai has relocated to K11 Musea’s seventh floor roof garden and, with terrific harbour views and beautiful interiors, it’s a swanky spot. Dim sum is at the heart of a menu which incorporates the full roster of Chinese cooking techniques: braising, roasting, flash-frying and steaming.
