Take your pick from pigeon foie gras pie with morel and onion chutney (for 2 to 4 people),Icelandic langoustine with the sweetest of tomatoes and candied kombu, melt-in-the-mouth wagyu with dried soy flakes and bell pepper coulis, as well as signature madeleines.
