In this rather special arts hub in the heart of Central, running across 24 storeys, there are certainly tales to be told in each of the galleries and across various events. The restaurant seats 104 guests, with further space for 8 at the bar and 14 on the terrace where you have street views. It's an oasis just off bustling Stanley Street.
Some never veer from the starters and why would they when its a roll call of classic Mediterranean favourites: think salt cod croquettes, crispy squid, carpaccio, tuna tartare or warm prawns with olive oil and just a squeeze of lemon. Go even simpler with marinated beetroot, burrata and cherry tomatoes or even more classic with French beans and foie gras. For those that explore deeper into the menu there's linguine and clams, salt-baked sea bass and artichokes or pan-fried Dover sole or, perhaps our favourite, turbot with artichokes, chorizo and a white wine sauce. Table hopping here is de riguer.
