China Tang Restaurant, first opened in London in 2007 at the Dorchester Hotel, is opened in Hong Kong at Landmark Atrium in December 2013.
Also conceived and designed by Sir David Tang, China Tang offers the best of Chinese food within the most sumptuous and comfortable surroundings. All decorations are rooted in Chinese tradition but with a highly original treatment: hand-painted and hand-embroidered wallpaper, antique books, Chinese paintings, beautifully upholstered chairs, antique lighting, decorative pieces and superb trompe l’oeil on mirrors and glass.
