This high spec hidden bar within the Landmark Mandarin Oriental is a collaboration with New York cocktail bar PDT (Please Don’t Tell) that takes distilled and fermented products and mixes them with produce from throughout Asia, begging you to go on a journey of discovery having entered via a secret telephone booth. All care and attention is given to the cocktails, devised by mixologists Jim Meehan and Jeff Bell, and even the hot dogs have a culinary excellence.
Let your senses be aroused with a Smoke Signal that mixes Johnnie Walker Black with Campari, lemon juice, kumquat, smoked acacia honey and soda or a Mezcal Mule featuring a smoky Mezcal produced from agave roasted by wood-fired stones and enlivened with aromatic passion fruit and cucumber with added pep from spicy ginger, tart lime juice and spicy chili.
