Kaum Hong Kong’s dining space pays homage to the traditional crafts and rich cultural heritage of the Indonesian archipelago. The bespoke wooden ceiling panels were handmade by artisans of the Toraja tribe in South Sulawesi; cushions and chair covers feature textiles from North Sumatra, hand-woven by the Batak tribe; and the teak furniture was hand-crafted by skilled Indonesian craftspeople.
