This highly regarded Thai noodle house rocks it every lunch and evening to the tune of some great riffs on classic Thai street food, with the vive matching the flavours. The name is taken from a Bangkok neighbourhood known for its Chinese-Thai trade and you can't miss it once you've found the iconic Blue House in Wanchai. Noodles and herbs are imported daily and signatures include: wagyu beef boat noodle soup with crispy pork runds and Thai watercress or crabmeat and spring onion omelette. Spicy chopped duck and Thai herb salad comes with a zingy toasted rice dressing while pad Thai noodles with tiger prawns is another spot-on favourite. Round it all off with Thai red tea ice cream topped with toasted peanuts and fresh coconut shavings. All good stuff. No wonder it has a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
