All the flavours of street food in Bangkok (and so much more) at this much loved Hong Kong Thai noodle house in Wanchai that first opened in 2016. Perch on a stool in front of a basic table and let the sweetly faded parlour conviviality of it all wash over you, putting you in the mood for authentic flavours that will ship your tastebuds to the Thai coast. Signatures include Wagyu beef boat noodle soup and spicy chopped duck and Thai herb salad and crabmeat and spring onion omelette. From a set lunch: pad Thai noodles with tiger prawns, wok-fried wagyu with basil, Thai garlic and chili served with crispy egg on jasmine rice. Alternatively look for green mango and tiger prawn salad with toasted peanuts, crispy shallots adding texture, cut through with a lime dressing, followed by fried marinated pork collar or crispy fried tumeric squid. Winsome staff add the finishing touch, bringing a calming tempo to the restaurant.
