Statement

In the 1900's, over 200 police lived and worked in Tai Kwun's Headquarters forming a diverse blend of Eastern and Western cultures. Statement brings to life this rich history with classic British flavours served with a modern twist. Located in the West wing of the old Central Police Headquarters, the building is carefully restored using original features which date back to 1919 when it was occupied by the Hong Kong police force. Now with its doors open once again, Statement is Hong Kong’s destination for cutting edge British cuisine and heritage-inspired cocktails in a space designed to compliment colonial-era architecture.
