Situated on the first floor of the Police Headquarters Block, the former Police Officers’ Mess creates a bold impression with its central bar, comfortable, spacious tables and statement black and white floor. Originally the bar of the Police Headquarters Building in the early 1900s The Dispensary is, we imagine, a more polished performer, serving both Chinese and classic cocktails made with fresh fruits, flowers and a good deal of brightness. It's a focused list with lots of playful flavours and does a great job at providing a staging post before or after meals in the neighbouring restaurants. A prescription picked up here is certainly a life-enhancing experience.
