Situated in Central, Bombay Dreams has been a culinary icon at the heart of one of Hong Kong's most vibrant precincts since 2002. The first Indian restaurant in Hong Kong to be mentioned in the coveted Michelin Guide Bibs (2009), in which it was recognised for the next 12 consecutive years, the restaurant continues to commit itself to quality and authenticity.
Breathing new life into this storied gastronomic institution, Bombay Dreams now boasts an elegant new location, coupled with innovative buffet lunch and brunch menus that capture the flavours, aromas and traditions of Indian cuisine with a refined and contemporary presentation. The new Bombay Dreams' menu is exciting and varied. Guests will have the opportunity to taste their way around India with a selection of dishes that capture the unique culinary traditions of each region, in addition to the Master chef's specialist dishes from Northern Indian cuisine.
The new Bombay Dreams menu continues to be laced with the culinary musings of Indian Master Chef Irshad Ahmed Qureshi. The Qureshi name has attained legendary status in Indian culinary circles. The Master Chef is the seventh generation of a dynasty of royal chefs in Lucknow, the capital of Utter Pradesh in the northern part of India. He is a descendent from the special lines of royal chefs, the Khansama, who headed the royal kitchens and served the Nawabs, the Mogul monarchs. This legacy is preserved in the family recipes, many of which have been guarded as family secrets for hundreds of years. This is also one of the many reasons Bombay Dreams offers traditional Indian food and one of the most authentic culinary experiences in Hong Kong.
