Chef Leung Yu King continues to preside over the Michelin-starred Summer Palace where Cantonese dishes are the order of the day on a menu that is both seasonal and authentic in every way and an extensive dim sum menu at lunchtime inspires a legion of fans. The setting is grand in a traditional way, matched by pitch-perfect service.
Having been a part of the Michelin-starred Summer Palace team since its opening in 1991, when he was third fryer, Chef Leung Yu King was promoted to Executive Chef in September 2017 – a decent length of apprenticeship by anyone's standards. Chef Leung began his culinary journey when he was 18 and has garnered over 30 years of experience in the profession, including stints at Fook Lam Moon and T’ang Court.
