The Ginza sushi experience is a multi-course tour de force that takes impeccably sourced fish – from octopus, abalone and sea urchin to mackerel, tuna and eel – direct from Tokyo’s celebrated Tsukiji market, and transforms them into delicate works of art that taste as delicious as they look.
