Black and white design, dark cement walls and jaw-dropping, supernatural artwork is all part of the fun, but this should not disguise the seriousness of the Japanese menu. Wagyu beef is the house speciality, including unusual cuts such as rump and flank. All-you-can-eat menus, designed for those that have bypassed lunch, and a full range of beef, pork, chicken and seafood covers most bases.
