Hidden within the Nexxus Building in Central is this soothingly deluxue Michelin Two-star, touting some of the best Cantonese cooking in town and service to match. Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi knows his stuff and his team's touch is finely tuned here. The menu offers sizzling authentic cuisine, from chilled whole abalone with sea whelk, jelly fish and caviar to crispy suckling pig and poached or marinated piegon.
Fried king prawn in sweet chilli sauce is a favourite and there's always fresh fish or seafood from the market. Vegetables are superb and, at lunchtime, don't miss the dim sum.
