Bento dishes at Shiro provide an easy and very delicious way of enjoying the experience, with a choice dishes that might include black cod, pan-fried foie gras and beef tenderloin, snow crab with prawn tempura, assorted sushi and wagyu beef udon. However, if you want to go a la carte there's a nice range of sushi and sashimi which rubs shoulders with tempura. With the latter our favourites are the salt-grilled mackerel and the Tonkatsu black pork cutlet. There are plenty of playful cocktails and bright signature teas and, despite one of the less exciting settings, the vibe is usually fun.
