About Upper Modern Bistro

Upper Modern Bistro is the vision of Philippe Orrico and his first solo venture since moving to Hong Kong seven years ago. Philippe arrived in Hong Kong in 2006 to set up Pierre at Mandarin Oriental, where he obtained one Michelin star, following this he joined Hullet House as Executive Chef at St. George. In 2012 he secured a Michelin star at St. George.
